When does the Inspecs & International Eyewear merge take place?

The merge takes place on 1st November 2022.

International Eyewear customers will continue to be able to order via customer service 0121 585 6565 (Halesowen Office) and 01225 717 000 (Bath Office).

The International Eyewear website (https://www.internationaleyewear.co.uk) will continue to be available until 2nd December. Over the weekend of 3rd/4th December the International Eyewear website will be redirected to https://shop.inspecs.com. Please ensure you request/ set up your new login from 1st November in order to purchase from https://shop.inspecs.com.

From 5th December 2022, all orders will need to be placed via https://shop.inspecs.com.

If I’m an International Eyewear customer will my account number change?

Customers who already have an Inspecs account will retain their account. International Eyewear Customers without an existing Inspecs account will have a newly created Inspecs account, however you won’t need to do anything and will continue being able to order with us. I still want to buy International Eyewear brands, how do I buy them?

International Eyewear brands will be available on https://shop.inspecs.com from 1st November. Alternatively, you can contact your Rep or phone customer service to place an order on 0121 585 6565 (Halesowen Office) or 01225 717 000 (Bath Office).

 

I’m an International Eyewear customer and an Inspecs customer can I use my existing Inspecs login to access the Inspecs customer website?

I’m an International Eyewear customer. Can I use my International Eyewear login details on the Inspecs customer website?

No, however you can easily set up your online account for the Inspecs website (from 1st November) using your registered email address here.

 

How do I register for an online account with shop.inspecs.com?

You can set up your online account by entering your registered email address here. Alternatively, please contact your Account Manager/Rep/ RSM or email [email protected] for assistance.

 

Who do I pay for my order?

From 1st November, invoices and statements will be issued by Inspecs. Please refer to your invoice and statement for payment details. Please note: for some customers, our payment details may have changed. Please ensure you are paying into the correct account as stated on your invoice or statement.

What is the cost of postage?

Orders placed online (via https://shop.inspecs.com) include Free postage and packaging.

 

When will my order be despatched?

We aim to despatch orders on the next working day however, if your order is placed late in the day despatch may be delayed.

Frames come with a 2 year warranty.
