Who do I pay for my order?
Invoices and statements will be issued by Inspecs. Please refer to your invoice and statement for payment details. Please note: for some customers, our payment details may have changed. Please ensure you are paying into the correct account as stated on your invoice or statement.

What is the cost of postage?
Orders placed online (via https://shop.inspecs.com) include Free postage and packaging.
When will my order be despatched?
We aim to despatch orders on the next working day however, if your order is placed late in the day despatch may be delayed.
